Job Description
The Commercial Director sits on the Senior Management Team reporting into the Managing Director and has overarching responsibility for driving revenue growth at targeted margins and delivering on the Company's objectives across the UK.
1. Deliver a robust sales strategy ensuring sales growth and market share through existing and new customers.
2. Inherit a stable, growing and profitable business with the objective to create a vision to drive top and bottom-line sales growth.
3. Directly lead, mentor and develop the commercial and technical service teams.
4. Continue to drive sales through equipment shaping rental and bespoke equipment project sales, service and installations.
5. Drive a proactive sales / business development strategy and approach to market to continue grow as the market leader.
6. Work in a commercial and technical sales environment, influencing key stakeholders on projects and securing specifications for whole build water treatment solutions.
7. Work closely and collaborate with customers, partners and suppliers within the business together with the group board to maximise sales and become intimate with the inner workings of the business.
8. Ownership of reporting metrics for the commercial team, establishing clear KPIs and reporting on performance across the revenue lines.
9. Work closely with the management teams to ensure business goals and objectives are aligned and instilled through the teams
