Are you an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor ready to work with high-value clients in a premium estate agency setting? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-net-worth estate agency in Redditch, where all appointments are provided, and your earning potential is uncapped.
The Role:
You’ll be based within a busy and prestigious estate agency, offering expert mortgage and protection advice to clients purchasing high-value properties. With a steady stream of quality leads and full admin support, you’ll focus on delivering a seamless, professional service.
What’s on Offer:
* Basic salary up to £32,000 (depending on experience)
* Generous 40% commission split – uncapped earnings
* All appointments provided – no cold calling
* Work with high-net-worth clients in a respected estate agency
* Full admin support to help you focus on advising
* Monday to Friday + every other Saturday – structured, balanced schedule
What We’re Looking For:
* Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
* Proven experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor
* Strong knowledge of mortgage and protection products
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A polished, professional, and client-focused approach
