MTVH are looking for a Quality Assurance Auditor to lead on delivering a robust and effective quality assurance framework across the Customer Services Directorate. This role is key in driving service improvement, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual standards, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and best practice. You will undertake in-depth reviews, audits, and quality assurance visits to assess service performance and identify opportunities to raise standards and improve outcomes for customers. Therefore, as part of the Operational Risk - Risk & Quality team, you will work collaboratively across the organisation to support teams to improve service delivery.
Responsibilities
* Conduct quality assurance visits, audits, and reviews to assess service quality and compliance
* Analyse audit findings and support the completion of action plans to improve performance and reduce risk
* Build strong partnerships with internal teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
* Develop and maintain systems for monitoring quality assurance, compliance, and performance
* Provide guidance and promote best practice aligned to regulatory and governance frameworks
Qualifications
* Experience working within a quality assurance or governance role in a regulated environment
* Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to analyse complex information and make objective, informed decisions
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines
