My client is a leading global advisory name and they are expanding their European Asset & Wealth Management vertical within FIG. This team has an impressive track record and will offer excellent exposure to transactions and to clients. The vast majority of their work is sell-side (~80-90% of deal flow) and they spend ~80% of their time on execution. Key Responsibilities: Assistance with origination and management of execution of on-going deals within the group (e.g. M&A transactions, strategic advisory etc) Working with senior bankers on the delivery of strategic advice to clients Production of robust financial analysis and financial modelling, company and industry research and high calibre valuations Requirements You must have accrued high calibre FIG expertise and deal experience Keen interest and desire to continue working in the investment banking industry, you will have 3-6 years of experience at an Investment Bank, Boutique M&A Advisor or within a Big 4 Corporate Finance team, with direct financial services deal experience Client focused, possess an ability to work quickly and establish effective working relationships Strong Excel and financial modelling skills Drive, enthusiasm, creativity and excellent interpersonal skills
