Health Care Support Worker - Bone Marrow Transplant Unit
Join the NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde as a Health Care Support Worker in the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit at Glasgow’s Queen Elizabeth University Hospital (QEUH). The Unit is the National Service for Allogenic Haemopoietic Stem Cell Transplants in Scotland, serving patients from all 14 Health Boards.
Shift pattern: As per rota.
About the role: You will support the Bone Marrow Transplant Team with clinical and non‑clinical duties, following a robust induction and education pathway. A Clinical Nurse Educator on the ward will facilitate and support all staff. The Unit has received the Greatix Ward award for the last two years.
