Key Responsibilities
* Marketing Operational Tasks:
o Post-Show Survey Coordination: Creation and testing of the post-show survey forms. Photocopy 400-500 forms to bring to show site.
o At-Show Support: Liaising with designers and the project team to ensure accuracy for onsite boards, including the Programme board, Floorplan & Exhibitor List board, and Partners Acknowledgement board. Create simple posters or table sign. Liaise with designer and printer for lanyard orders.
o Simple Pre-Show Marketing: Producing 3–4 social media posts per week to announce exhibitors and drive audience engagement. Support enquiries from visitors or delegates.
* Digital and Registration Team Support:
o Data Management: Uploading the exhibitor badges list from the system backend.
o Visitor Group Registration: Uploading group registration from the backend.
o For G2E, manage 40–50 group registration lists from casinos and ensure accuracy by filling in missing data where possible.
o For IBEW, handle over 30 group ticketing sales by uploading data, sending invoices, and following up on payments.
o Support enquiries from these visitors.
o Create SOP document: Support me and the Digital Team to draw up SOPs.
