Registered Manager – Learning Disabilities Supported Living\nEast Sussex | £36,000–£45,000 DOE | Full-Time\n\nAre you an experienced Registered Manager or a confident Deputy ready to lead a growing supported living service?\n\nWe’re recruiting a Registered Manager to oversee and develop a multi-home Learning Disabilities service in East Sussex. With two homes currently running and two more due to open, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior leadership role with real growth potential.\n\nPackage\n\n * Salary between £36,000–£45,000 depending on experience\n\n * Manage an expanding service with autonomy and support\n\n * Mixture of office hours, shift oversight and on-call duties\n\n * Opportunity to shape service delivery and drive quality\n\n * 28 days holiday including bank holidays\n\n * Pension scheme\n\n * Ongoing training, CPD and development support\n\nRequirements\n\n * Experience managing or helping run LD and/or Autism services\n\n * NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent\n\n * Strong leadership, staff management and rota planning skills\n\n * Confident with CQC compliance and quality frameworks\n\n * Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) training or experience\n\n * Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills\n\n * Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends\n\n * Ambition to lead a growing, person-centred service\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Manage day-to-day operations of multiple supported living homes\n\n * Lead and develop a high-performing care team\n\n * Ensure compliance with care plans, risk assessments and all relevant policies\n\n * Take responsibility for CQC registration and inspection readiness\n\n * Work closely with the senior leadership team and stakeholders\n\n * Support staff recruitment, supervision and development\n\n * Drive continuous improvement across the service\n\n * Contribute to the setup and successful launch of new homes\n\nIf you're looking to make a genuine impact in a values-led service and lead from the front, we’d love to hear from you.\n\nTo apply, please send your CV or get in touch for more details
