Pay Rate: £13.75 - £14.00 per hour

Role Responsibilities:
As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons across a variety of subjects.
* Work with individual pupils and small groups, particularly those needing additional support.
* Assist in preparing classroom resources and displays.
* Help monitor student progress and behaviour while maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.
* Build strong, positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* Receive ongoing training, mentoring, and professional development throughout the year.
This role offers a comprehensive introduction to working in education, with access to CPD sessions and the opportunity to shadow experienced professionals.
