A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A F&B OPERATOR AT THE DUKE
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the F&B Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.
Looking after our valued guests
Setting up and serving conferences
Serving great food and drinks
Handling payments
Keeping the hotel looking great
Working with others to ensure maximum efficiency and fun!
