What’s on offer
* AUD $90,000 – $110,000 + Superannuation per annum (Dependent upon qualifications and experience)

What your caseload will look like
You will manage a diverse and rewarding caseload including:
* Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental language disorder
* Speech sound disorders and early intervention (0–6 years)
* AAC and functional communication systems
* School-based, clinic-based, and community-based therapy
* Adult communication support (neurological and acquired conditions where applicable
* You will work within an MDT alongside OTs, psychologists, and physiotherapists, contributing to shared goal setting and coordinated care planning.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
* Current registration with the relevant professional regulatory body.
* Proven experience in providing speech pathology services, preferably in a
* healthcare or allied therapies setting.
* Expertise in swallow assessments highly desirable
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in relevant client management software and technology.
