Salary: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour

The Role
As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing. This role will involve:
* Supporting pupils in lessons, both in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
* Assisting the teacher with preparing and delivering engaging learning activities.
* Encouraging children’s independence, confidence, and social skills.
* Supporting children with additional needs to access the curriculum.
* Helping to create a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* Passionate about working with children in the early years of their education.
* Patient, caring, and supportive, with strong communication skills.
* Able to work effectively as part of a team and use initiative when required.
* Enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to making a positive difference.
* Ideally experienced in working with children in an educational setting (though training will be provided for the right candidate).
* Qualified with a minimum of Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
