Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AC Technician to join our team in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. As an AC Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests by installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems throughout our property.
* Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain AC systems and related equipment
* Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks on all AC units
* Perform safety inspections and address any issues promptly
* Assist with pre- and post-opening assignments, providing technical expertise
* Manage team schedules and task assignments to meet project timelines
* Respond to guest requests and concerns regarding AC systems in a professional and timely manner
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
* Stay updated on energy-efficient AC technologies and implement improvements when possible
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory
* Adhere to all safety protocols and local building regulations
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AC Technician in a 5-star resort or similar high-end property
* Technical education background with relevant diplomas in HVAC systems
* Proven expertise in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing various AC systems
* Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures for HVAC equipment
* Familiarity with safety inspection protocols and ability to identify and address potential hazards
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members
* Proficiency in task management and scheduling
* Knowledge of energy-efficient AC systems and current industry trends
* Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia
* Physical stamina to work in various conditions, including hot environments and confined spaces
* Valid driver's license
* Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
* Basic computer skills for maintaining digital records and communication
* Familiarity with the local climate conditions in AlUla, Saudi Arabia is a plus
Additional Information
