Here at GXO we are looking for a Warehouse Team Leaders to join our GXO Supply Chain operation at our Wellingborough site. You'll support the Shift Managers in the safe and efficient running of the day‑to‑day operation while ensuring daily KPIs are met and managing specific areas of the shift.
This is a full‑time, permanent position, working on any '5 out of 7' days, predominantly Monday to Friday. Flexibility is required, as this is logistics after all.

What you'll do on a typical day:
Manage a designated area of the operation daily, ensuring safe, healthy, and clean working conditions
Lead the team to consistently follow operational processes and SOPs, achieving or exceeding performance targets
Promote and maintain high hygiene standards on site, leading by example and coaching colleagues on its importance
Support and drive the site's vision and culture by communicating targets, customer expectations, and values to colleagues
Ensure full compliance with all health and safety policies and legislative requirements, completing all required safety checks and conversations
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Experience in setting tasks and working to KPIs
Excellent communication skills
Strong team player with proven team leadership abilities
IT literate with an analytical approach to problem‑solving
Solid experience in process management within a warehouse or transport environment
