The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in retail, food service, and wholesale sectors.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support growth initiatives.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
Requirements
Proven experience in a Business Development, Sales, or Account Management role within the food industry (B2B or B2C).
Strong network of industry contacts is highly desirable.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
