About the Role
You will work across a diverse portfolio of clients, from entrepreneurial start‑ups and early‑stage ventures to established regional and national businesses. The role offers genuine variety and the opportunity to build deep, long-term client relationships.
Your work will span the full spectrum of corporate matters, including:
1. Business sales and acquisitions across all sectors
2. Strategic planning and structuring for growing and scalingpanies
3. IPOs, secondary fundraisings and share issues
4. Private equity, venture capital and other investment transactions
5. Shareholder arrangements, joint ventures and collaborations
6. Partnerships and LLP structuring
7. Corporate tax aspects of transactions and reorganisations
8. Advisory and transactional work for early-stage and high‑growthpanies, giving you meaningful exposure to businesses at exciting points in their lifecycle.
About You
This role would be perfect for a solicitor with:
9. At least 2 years’ PQE in a reputable corporate team
10. Strong technical skills with the ability to manage your own matters under supervision
11. Amercial mindset and genuine interest in helping businesses grow
12. Excellent drafting,munication and negotiation skills
13. A proactive, collaborative approach and confidence in building client relationships
