Is this the IT Trainer role for you?
Crone Corkill are partnered with a well known firm based in West London as they look to add an IT Trainer to their close-knit team on an initial 12 month FTC. On top of IT training expertise, a core requirement of this position is to have experience rolling out training on an AI platform of some kind.
Here, you will be responsible for the rolling out of Copilot training for their userbase, whilst continuing to provide bi-weekly IT training. You will work as part of a team of two, with this project expected to take around 12 months. After this, there could be an opportunity to convert to a permanent employee.
Due to the nature of the role, it is essential to have experience working in the Legal space in a similar capacity.
What will you do as an IT Trainer?
* Provide specific training requirements of AI to the IT team and wider business
* Support the integration and adoption of new tech, with a core focus on bringing Gen AI tools (Microsoft Copilot), into daily working practices
* Design, implement and deliver training programmes for existing systems and new technologies, including Microsoft 365, Gen AI tools and the IT Induction
* Collaborate with legal and business services teams to understand workflows
* Partner with the IT team, Delivery Leads, Business Analysts and Solution Architects to assess working practices and support improvements
* Provide one-to-one coaching, deliver training in classrooms, remote and deskside, tailored to role and user needs
* Monitor user adoption, gather feedback and refine training programmes/configurations
* Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)
What skills do you need as an IT Trainer?
* Experience working in a similar role within the Legal sector
* Generative AI tools such as Copilot
* Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques
* NetDocuments (NetDocs) or similar
* Mobile device and application support knowledge
* Training end users face to face and remotely, using the likes of Teams
* Certifications such as TAP, Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or similar
