Role Purpose
The Senior Media Manager will lead strategic media planning to drive candidate attraction and support hiring goals for clients within Enterprise Solutions, including Outsourcing, advisory, and volume hiring.
This role combines commercial expertise, strategic execution, and data-driven insights to craft and deliver successful candidate attraction solutions. It requires a deep understanding of media platforms, industry trends, and candidate behaviors, focusing on creating tailored solutions to meet individual customer needs.
The role is part of the Channel Marketing team for Enterprise Solutions and Page Executive and reports to a remote manager. It has one direct report.
Primary duties
1. Client-facing – supporting pitch processes to understand client needs and align expectations
2. Collaborate with the sales team to create and present tailored candidate attraction plans for pitches, ensuring alignment with client needs and commercial objectives
Strategic Media Planning and Execution
1. Develop comprehensive and credible media strategies to attract talent across diverse industries and geographies
2. Create customized media plans using platforms such as job boards, CV databases, programmatic advertising, social media, and search engine marketing
3. Align media strategies with employer branding initiatives and recruitment objectives
4. Manage vendors as required
Reporting and Optimisation
1. Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of media strategies on recruitment outcomes
2. Provide actionable advice for campaign improvements based on data and insights
Team Leadership and Collaboration
1. Line management of the Global Media Manager, supporting effective delivery and career development
2. Work closely with recruitment consultants and operations teams to align media strategies with hiring needs
3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders on recruitment marketing initiatives
Key Skills and Competencies
