We specialise in passive fire protection solutions in the construction and property maintenance sectors such as fire stopping, fire doors, dry lining, specialist paint coatings that protect lives and property across the UK. Our small but mighty team is passionate, friendly, and committed to making a difference—and we're looking for a part-time Sales Administrator to join us
Job Description
As a Sales Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting our sales functions and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys organisation, communication, and being part of a collaborative team that strive for results. There will even be the chance to attend construction site visits (get on your hi-vis jacket and boots) and attend networking events and shows.
Responsibilities
* Process customer orders, quotes, and invoices
* Maintain and update CRM and sales records
* Communicate with customers and suppliers via phone and email
* Assist with preparing reports and tracking sales performance
* Support the wider team with general administrative tasks
* Support site based teams with administration
Requirements
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Previous experience in administration or sales support (preferred but not essential)
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn (Essential)
