Our Team: Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: The Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany), one of the most modern in Europe; the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland); and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, operational this year. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis and race operations.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is based at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg, Germany.
In the Energy Recovery System (ERS) division, you will work as part of the department management team on developing and testing key components that enhance power unit performance and competitiveness.
This position is available starting January 1, 2026. Your Mission:
1. Supporting the head of ERS as an interface between development departments and workshop.
2. Assisting in planning, coordinating, and implementing ERS development projects (including monitoring).
3. Supporting department management with budget planning for ERS projects.
4. Participating in cross-departmental test and deployment planning for ERS components.
5. Coordinating assembly planning with responsible personnel and workshop.
6. Optimizing development processes and methods.
7. Analyzing technical data and preparing project reports.
8. Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Your Profile:
1. Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
2. Experience in motorsport or electric drive system development, especially in project management or coordination.
3. Development experience with electric drive systems for motorsport or similar environments.
4. Excellent organizational skills and team spirit.
5. Analytical thinking and structured working approach.
6. Passion for motorsport and innovative technologies, with high commitment.
7. Proficiency in German or English; willingness to learn the other language.
