Job Description
* Oversee the financial operations of the organisation and ensure timely and accurate financial reports and practices.
* Lead financial planning and budgeting processes.
* Support and advise the management team on financial related matters.
* Ensure the regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.
* Prepare and present financial reports and metrics to the board of trustees.
* Coordinate and manage the annual audit process.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve financial processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
* A degree-level education in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
* Expertise in a financial management role within a not-for-profit organisation.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial data to non-financial audiences.
