We're working with a FTSE-listed FMCG brand urgently hiring two Global Artwork Project Coordinators. These are not design or creative roles - they're about coordination, delivery, and driving packaging projects forward.
If you've worked in artwork or packaging delivery, can manage multiple moving parts, and are comfortable chasing stakeholders and keeping projects on track - we want to hear from you.
Key Details:
Contract: 3 months initially, possible extension
Location: UK-wide - preference for Hull or Slough
Hybrid: 2 days/week in office, flexible for the right person (including 100% remote)
Pay: £205-£232/day PAYE (including holiday pay) + statutory pension
IR35: PAYE only (no umbrella companies)
Start: ASAP
Role Overview:
Set up and track artwork projects using internal systems (e.g. BrandWorks or equivalents)
Liaise with internal teams (marketing, regulatory, legal) to chase copy and approvals
Collaborate with external agencies to brief and manage global master artwork
Coordinate timelines across SKUs and markets, ensuring delivery milestones are met
Escalate delays and keep internal trackers up to date
Work with a small number of in-house artwork experts for support
This is an admin-heavy PM role, not a creative or design position
What We're Looking For:
Experience coordinating packaging or artwork projects in FMCG, pharma, or regulated industries
Strong admin and stakeholder management skills
Experience with tools like WebCenter, Ziflow, or Excel-based tracking
Detail-focused, delivery-oriented, and confident working with senior internal teams
