Role Overview
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will:
* Lead site inspections, assessing building conditions and identifying defects.
* Produce high-quality, detailed reports with clear, actionable recommendations.
* Manage projects across multiple sectors including prime residential, healthcare, education, heritage, and leisure.
* Liaise confidently with clients, contractors, and stakeholders — acting as a trusted advisor.
* Ensure compliance with all building regulations, statutory obligations, and H&S standards.
* Maintain rigorous project documentation and uphold quality assurance processes.
About You
1. MRICS qualified (or actively working toward chartered status).
2. Proven experience leading surveys and managing multi-sector projects.
3. Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and regulatory compliance.
