HR Coordinator

We’re working with a fast-growing company operating within the energy and infrastructure space, supporting industrial clients to improve efficiency, reduce costs and lower environmental impact.
They are now looking for a HR Coordinator to join their expanding team.
This is a varied, hands-on role supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring the smooth running of people processes across the business. You’ll work closely with the HR Manager and collaborate with teams across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating onboarding and delivering inductions for new starters
Managing employee lifecycle activities (contracts, changes, records)
Maintaining HR systems and ensuring data accuracy
Supporting recruitment coordination and tracking candidate progress
Handling HR administration, documentation and employee queries
Assisting with compliance checks, reporting and performance processes
Supporting internal events and general office coordination
About you:
2–4 years’ experience in HR, people operations or administration
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident managing multiple priorities and following up tasks
Strong communication skills and comfortable working across teams
Proficient with Microsoft 365 and HR systems
