The Role As a Senior Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section, ensuring every plate reflects our culinary excellence. Working closely with the Head Chef and the wider kitchen team, you’ll be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes, maintaining consistency and creativity across every service. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie looking to step into a senior position — or for a talented Demi Chef de Partie ready to take the next step in their career.
