Escape Recruitment Services are recruiting for an established global manufacturing business in Stirling. We have an excellent opportunity for a fluent French-speaking Sales Administrator to join the business on a full time, permanent basis.
This role will be based in the office in Stirling 3 days per week and remote 2 days from home.
Based within a small, busy, and supportive sales support team, you will provide administration support to the external sales team, whilst delivering high levels of service to customers, with a particular focus on the French market.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assist customers with general queries
Prepare customer sales quotations
Liaise with internal teams to gather information required for customer quotes and orders
Process sales orders through the ERP system
Track sales order progression through the supply chain
Resolve any sales order issues
Raise despatch paperwork
Liaise with hauliers and customers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve logistics queries
Provide administration support to the external sales team
Raise credit notes and purchase orders
Maintain accurate pricing records, quotes and customer files
Generate reports on sales activity, customer accounts, and product movementWhat We're Looking For:
Fluent French and English language skills, ideally to business level
Excellent communication skills, able to communicate to internal and external customers
This role is open to experienced administrators as well as recent graduates looking to build a career in international sales support
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to prioritise and problem solve
Confident IT skills including MS Office and ideally CRM/ERP systems
