Customer Services Executive – Water Solutions

We’re looking for a Customer Services Executive to support our client’s busy sales and marketing team, managing customer enquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and making sure every client gets an exceptional experience from start to finish.
What you’ll do
* Respond to customer enquiries and provide friendly, informed support
* Prepare quotes, tenders, and order documentation
* Manage our CRM and lead generation tools
* Coordinate with fulfilment to ensure smooth delivery
* Support after-sales care and build lasting relationships
* Help manage key accounts and projects
What we’re looking for
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Confident with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Experience in a similar customer service or sales support role
* A proactive, professional, and reliable attitude
