This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join the Wider Leadership Team of one of the leading state boarding schools in England, where competitive sport is promoted as a key component in building self-esteem, school ethos and academic excellence. The School seeks to appoint an innovative and ambitious leader to oversee the extensive and vibrant sports programme. The role involves principal leadership of the School's sports provision with opportunities for whole-school strategic input. The position would best suit an existing Director of Sport or Assistant Director of Sport seeking the next challenge.

Responsibilities
* Lead the School's sports provision and drive the strategic direction for sport across the campus.
* Oversee an extensive and vibrant sports programme, including development of Girls' sport particularly in Cricket and Rugby.
* Collaborate with senior leadership on whole-school strategies and contribute to wider school goals.
* Work with the sports hub development, facilities expansion, and ongoing enhancements to sport-related infrastructure.
Qualifications and Experience
* Role best suited to an existing Director of Sport or Assistant Director of Sport seeking the next challenge.
* Proven leadership experience in a school sport environment and ability to contribute to strategic planning.
