Create have teamed with a Luxury Womenswear Brand who are entering a new chapter and seeking a Design manager to help define it. Partnering closely with the Creative Director, you will translate the brand’s creative DNA into modern, refined RTW collections that feel both timeless and newly relevant. You will design across all categories, lead fittings with the atelier, drive technical excellence, and bring structure to the studio’s creative workflow. This role also oversees capsules, collaborations, and VIP projects, while guiding the next generation of design talent.
The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years experience in luxury RTW, deep technical skill, strong commercial instinct, and a passion for silhouette, fabric, and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Shape seasonal collections across outerwear, tailoring, daywear, eveningwear, knitwear, and separates
Lead the end-to-end design process from concept through fittings and final approval
Ensure collections balance creativity with commercial objectives
Improve design processes and communication with atelier and product development
Collaborate on range planning, fabric strategy, and pricing
Guide junior designers and oversee special projects (bridal, collaborations, VIP)
Requirements
8–10 years’ experience in luxury RTW across full wardrobe collections
Strong technical knowledge of construction and fabrics
Ability to blend creative vision with commercial strategy
Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Organised, collaborative, and passionate about craftsmanship and contemporary luxury
