This call centre takes inbound calls for 3 of our busy Audiology stores and requires outbound calling to existing customers to monitor their care needs. Excellence on the phone and with IT packages (office) is a must. We're looking for someone with experience in customer service with strong communication skills, who is good with people, has an organised approach & a willingness to help - a friendly and professional approach is essential.
