Join us as a Shift Manager
Be part of a team that prioritizes customers. As a Shift Manager, you'll oversee the shop in the absence of the Manager, motivate the team, and ensure they have what they need to excel. We serve customers via in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru, and you'll ensure they have a brilliant experience whether in-store or online.
Typical shift responsibilities include:
1. Inspiring the team to deliver excellent results and uphold shop standards.
2. Leading by example and serving customers efficiently and courteously.
3. Preparing products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens.
4. Ensuring displays are stocked and the shop is clean and presentable.

About you
You should be reliable, demonstrate natural leadership, and have a passion for customer service. Supportive of an inclusive culture, you value diversity.
