Role Overview
We are a founder-led insurance brokerage at an exciting stage of growth and are seeking an ambitious Account Executive to build a new portfolio of SME and mid-market commercial insurance clients.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role is focused on relationship-led new business development, consultative selling, and long-term client ownership. Starting with no inherited book, the successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building trusted client relationships, and playing a key role in the ongoing growth of the brokerage.
This opportunity will suit someone who can genuinely sell, enjoys building relationships from scratch, and is motivated by performance-based reward.
Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business & Portfolio Development
1. Build and grow a personal portfolio of SME and mid-market commercial insurance clients from inception
2. Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, introducers, and outbound prospecting
