Ormesby Hall sat in 248 acres in a densely populated urban area within South Tees is the main office base, but also over 6000 acres of land comprising of moorland, coast and woodlands. This role sits on the leadership team and is a key role in understanding how Culture, Nature and Experience can thrive, working with our communities, visitors and volunteers to reduce barriers to end unequal access to Nature, Culture and History. You will be leading a team of four and working alongside other teams to understand how Culture, Nature and Audience Experience are part of a shared story. From our historic house and collections to our moorland and coastline, we need you to lead on co-creating partnerships, programmes and experiences that reflect the diversity and richness of the communities we serve. The role will lead on the work that every child should grow up with opportunities to explore nature and experience wonder. Our communities should feel welcome and heard.
