Working across multiple applications, handling second-line support for issues raised by the Service Desk to fix problems, make system updates, and support on projects and software releases, while following procedures and deadlines. This is a hybrid role based in Swindon 3 days per week, plus being on-call for a 1 in 8 weekly rota. Key responsibilities: Resolve application incidents Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues Carry out system configuration changes in line with documented processes Monitor system performance alerts and respond appropriately Support software deployments following agreed procedures Contribute to team documentation and improvements Participate in projects as directed What will you need to succeed? Experience in a similar application/IT support role Passion for technology with motivation to fix problems Skills in SQL is a bonus, however not essential Understanding of ITIL is preferred A curious eye to think outside the box A can-do attitude with ability to use intuition Why us?
