The role
An exciting opportunity has arisen in Talk Community for an Early Prevention Officer (homelessness) to join a project dedicated to preventing homelessness at its earliest stages.
Often, people seek homelessness support when at crisis point, which limits options for help. This role will work proactively from the start, offering effective assistance before crises occur, by collaborating with the VSCE sector to identify and engage individuals early, preventing escalation of risk factors.
This role will ensure appropriate support is provided to individuals and families to avoid the trauma and disruption associated with homelessness.
