Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in achieving sales KPIs, including sales performance, ATV, UPT, and CRM objectives.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience, consistently meeting and exceeding luxury retail standards.
* Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve individual and store goals.
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring the boutique is impeccably presented and managed.
* Assist with stock management, visual merchandising, and operational compliance.
* Collaborate with colleagues to foster a professional, high-performing team environment.
Requirements:
* Experience in a leadership role within premium or luxury retail.
* Strong knowledge of the London market and its clientele.
* Passion for luxury fragrances and high-end retail experiences.
* Assertive, dynamic, and positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
* Proven ability to drive sales, motivate a team, and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Full-time and permanent contract.
Offering:
* Competitive salary of up to £35,000 annually, depending on experience and seniority.
