Driver Labourer
Barking and Dagenham
Up to £25,000 per annum
Hours- 08:00 - 16:00

Social housing providing managing 500 plus residential properties in Dagenham.
Day to Day:
* Undertake repairs and maintenance works to properties
* Hinges, locks, general Handyman tasks
* Undertake pest proofing, mould washes, void and communal bulk waste clearance works in accordance
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Handyman:
* Experience in residential properties
* Driving License
* Good social skills
* Good customer service
* Asbestos awareness certificate
* DBS check
* Drivers Licenses
* Qualifications desired
