Growth Marketing Executive

The Growth Marketing Executive will take ownership of outbound-led marketing that generates leads, drives meetings, and increases brand awareness. This is a hands-on role where you will be creating campaigns, producing content, and working closely with sales to grow the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
•Plan and run outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn to engage clients and candidates
•Write compelling copy for outreach sequences, social posts, and content assets
•Produce white papers, case studies, and other marketing materials
•Build prospect lists and segment audiences for targeted campaigns
•Track performance, report on results, and optimise campaigns for growth
•Collaborate with sales teams to support pipeline generation
•Build and optimise landing pages for campaigns
•Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other data tools to measure and improve performance
Profile We're Looking For
•Strong copywriting and content creation skills
•Experience in outbound and campaign marketing
•Confident using CRM and campaign management tools
•Analytical mindset with the ability to manipulate data and create clear reports
•Comfortable building and managing landing pages
