Castle Education are delighted to be working with a friendly and inclusive primary school near Helmsley. Known for its supportive ethos and commitment to helping every child flourish, this school is now seeking a caring and proactive Teaching and Learning Assistant to join their team.
💡 What you’ll be doing:
Supporting pupils’ learning, development and confidence throughout the school day
Working closely with class teachers to create a fun and engaging learning environment
Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support
Encouraging independence, creativity and emotional wellbeing
Helping pupils feel safe, valued and motivated to succeed
Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils and colleagues🎯 We’d love to hear from you if you are:
