Job Description
You will be the on-camera face of a high-growth AI music platform, building a social operation from zero. This is a high-velocity role where you will produce 50+ videos monthly, bridging the gap between professional music production and cutting-edge AI tools to drive massive organic growth and community engagement from Central London.

What You Will Do
* Create, shoot, and edit 50+ videos monthly across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, focusing on product demos, workflows, and trending formats.
* Host weekly Twitch live streams to build a dedicated community of superfans by sharing the creative process and behind-the-scenes content.
* Build a repeatable content production system including hook banks and templates, while collaborating with Growth Leads to turn organic winners into paid ads.
The ideal candidate
* Proven creator with a track record of building and maintaining a large organic audience on TikTok or Instagram through consistent, high-taste formats.
* Experienced music producer who is comfortable in both traditional DAWs and new AI tools, with the ability to explain complex workflows on camera.
* Expert video editor proficient in CapCut and Premiere/After Effects who can maintain a high-volume posting cadence without sacrificing quality or pacing.
