Responsibilities
* Managing project costs and commercial performance
* Supporting procurement and subcontract management
* Preparing valuations, forecasts, and financial reports
* Working closely with design, operational teams and stakeholders
* Helping ensure successful delivery of a complex civil engineering project
Qualifications
* BSc/HNC in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering
* Experience in Quantity Surveying within civil engineering or infrastructure projects
* Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive and collaborative approach
* NEC contract experience preferred
