We are a new business based in Preston, Lancashire, specialising in Fire Protection. Our business helps companies carry out fire risk assessments in their workplace and improves their fire safety by guiding them to the correct products and materials needed.
The Role
As part of our team, you will be responsible for handling all administrative work. This includes dealing with clients professionally and maintaining good working relationships. We are looking for someone with experience in an admin role who is eager to learn about our business.
You will be:
1. Using Microsoft Excel to create and manage documents.
2. Communicating with clients to address concerns or queries and organising appointments for fire risk assessments.
3. Working closely with the Managing Director to organise workload efficiently.
4. Managing social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
5. Managing the Fire Protection First website.
Experience in:
* Microsoft Excel
* Social Media
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
