Health and Safety Administrator\n\n Job Role:\n\n We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Health & Safety (H&S) Administrator for our well-established manufacturing client near Stamford. The successful applicant will assist the H&S team in maintaining and promoting a safe working environment across all operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background who is passionate about workplace health and safety.\n\n Key Responsibilities:\n\nProvide administrative support to the Health & Safety team, including document control and record keeping.\nMaintain H&S databases, registers, and training records (e.g., inductions, risk assessments, incident reports).\nAssist in preparing reports, audits, and compliance documentation.\nTrack and monitor safety incidents, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.\nSupport the investigation of accidents and near misses by compiling documentation and tracking corrective actions.\nLiaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams regarding H&S documentation and requirements.\nMaintain and update the H&S notice boards and communications.Key Requirements:\n\nPrevious experience in an administrative role, ideally within a Health & Safety or compliance-focused environment.\nStrong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion.\nNEBOSH qualification essential. \nPositive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.Hours and pay:\n\n38 hours per week\nWorking Hours Monday to Thursday 7:30 to 4:30pm 30 mins lunch.
Friday 7:30am to 11:30am\nSalary up to £15/hr DOE + Bonus\n36 days holiday per annum
