KS1 Teacher Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lesson plans for KS1 students that inspire a love of learning.
* Oversee the delivery of the Key Stage 1 curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of all students in KS1.
* Monitor and assess student progress in KS1, providing targeted feedback and interventions to support achievement.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment in KS1 that promotes high expectations and a love of learning.
* Regularly communicate with parents and guardians, providing updates on student progress in KS1 and addressing any concerns.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the learning experience for all students.
* Contribute to whole-school initiatives and participate in school-wide activities to promote community spirit.
KS1 Teacher Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Significant experience teaching in Key Stage 1, with a strong track record of improving student outcomes in KS1.
* Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective assessment methods for KS1.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
* A commitment to fostering an inclusive and high-achieving learning environment in KS1.
* A collaborative, forward-thinking approach to teaching and school improvement.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth as an educator.
