Service Administrator
Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust's Hub Teams are multi‑disciplined administrators dealing with enquiries from patients, service users, carers and clinicians. The Administrator role will provide efficient, effective, and high‑quality clerical support to a range of identified professionals within clinical inpatient services, and requires travelling between sites in Keighley.
Responsibilities
The Administrator will provide efficient, effective, and high‑quality administrative support to health and social care professionals and service users/patients within a community‑based or district‑wide team.
Qualifications
* Maths & English GCSE grades 4‑9 (A‑C) or L3, or experience within an administration/customer service role.
* Level 3 qualification in a relevant field or equivalent level of experience (e.g. GCSE A‑C or NVQ Level 3).
* Level 2 qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Business/administration).
* ICDL Level 2 or equivalent experience.
Experience
* Customer service experience (face‑to‑face, answering calls or correspondence).
* Administration/office experience (diary management, electronic filing systems, meeting preparation, note‑taking, data entry, collating and presenting information).
* Providing administrative or secretarial support.
* Organising competing demands and workloads.
* Setting up and maintaining administrative systems and processes.
* Working autonomously and proactively.
* Administration/office experience supporting senior management/clinical functions within the public sector.
* Audio typing/digital dictation (e.g. BigHand).
* Previous NHS experience.
* Workflow management experience (e.g. job allocation).
