Are you an Operations/Service Manager from an Engineering background, looking to take the reins and have full autonomy to lead and a grow a team of Engineers, where you will be recognised as the go-to person within the division?

In this brand-new role you will be managing a small team of Engineers across the UK, planning their jobs, handling issues, and monitoring service KPIs. You will have a leading say in budgeting, training, and resource allocation, essentially running your own department in a dynamic and forward-thinking company.
Founded 15 years ago, this company have grown exponentially over recent years and are looking to grow globally this year. They repair, service and maintain a range of equipment across the UK and overseas within Rail, Healthcare, Schools, and Data Centres for example.
