Senior Quantity Surveyor working on a project valued £120m for a main contractor based in Devizes. Projects across education, healthcare, commercial and residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage sub-contract procurement
* Manage sub-contractors accounts on site, dealing with variations
* Manage monthly valuations and liaise with the client
* Deal with final accounts
Key Requirements
* HNC or construction related degree
* Experience administering JCT form of contract
* Full right to work in the UK
* Live within commutable distance to Devizes
