We have an exciting new vacancy for a Reception Manager to join our team at The Felbridge Hotel Gatwick. Our modern hotel features 116 stylish rooms, a fully equipped gym, and a relaxing leisure and spa area, complete with a heated indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. Conveniently located on the edge of East Grinstead along the A22, were easily accessible from the M23 and M25 motorways, making us commutable from nearby towns such as Royal Tunbridge Wells, Crawley, and Horley.

Your duties will include:
Supporting the day-to-day running of a busy reception desk, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
Assisting in supervising, training, and supporting the front office team
Helping to maximise revenue and minimise loss within the department
Supporting with the management of monies, floats, and guest accounts
Working closely with other departments and participating in the Duty Manager rota
Being operationally involved in checking guests in and out
About you:
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual, and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Previous experience within a hotel reception or front office environment is essential, and some supervisory experience would be advantageous. Knowledge of Opera would also be beneficial.
