Senior Architectural Designer

Buro Ole Scheeren is seeking a Senior Architectural Designer to join our London team. We’re looking for someone to develop and manage new projects in collaboration and independently.
Requirements:
1. Professional degree in architecture, design or a relevant field
2. 8-10 years’ experience in internationally renowned offices
3. Effective project management and team leadership abilities
4. Proven experience in one or more of the following is considered a plus:
5. Architecture Concept Design (small to large scale projects) to Design Development
6. Master Planning projects (from initial Design to detailed Design)
7. Proven experience in international projects
8. Extensive experience in client and consultant communication and management
9. Technical understanding and knowledge of current design standards
10. Proven experience in (technical) detailing, project related material research and complex problem solving
11. Proven experience of different design stages guaranteeing the integrity of the final design
12. Very good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work well in a team
13. Excellent written and spoken English, additional languages are a plus
