As a F&B Host/Hostess at The Cadogan you will join our fantastic F&B team who look after each other, our amazing property and our guests.

Primary Responsibilities Include
* Guest Service: Greet and seat guests warmly, present menus, provide information on dishes, make recommendations, upsell when appropriate, and inform about daily specials.
* Reservations & Communication: Manage reservations, waiting lists, phone calls, and emails; respond to inquiries and coordinate special requests.
* Team Coordination & Support: Collaborate with staff for smooth operations, ensure effective handovers between shifts, and assist with administrative tasks. Support with service when needed.
* Cleanliness & Organisation: Maintain a tidy reception and dining area, and support general restaurant cleanliness.
* Complaint Handling & Standards: Address guest concerns professionally, follow LQA and FORBES standards, and escalate issues as needed,
