Salary: £89- £110 per day
Hours: 8:30-15:30

Monarch Education are recruiting for Learning Support Assistants in the Gloucester area. I work with a range of Primary, Secondary, SEND and Independent schools. All of our teaching assistants support learners across all subjects acting as general classroom support or supporting pupils on a 1:1.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting the classroom teacher
* Monitoring and evaluation of pupil progress
* Delivering small group interventions
* Behaviour management via ECHP
Requirements for the role:
* Experience working with young people, ideally in a classroom setting
* A strong team player, with excellent organisation and interpersonal skills, who is able to support and inspire children to learn
* Able to commute
* Strong classroom and behaviour management
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience working collaboratively in a dynamic and supportive environment
* The ability to adapt to an ever changing workload
* Experience in supporting pupils will additional needs (desirable but not essential)
